About

My path from migraine to freedom

Before I could help anyone else, I had to help myself.

Before I became a psychosomatic coach, my world looked completely different. I spent years in international business, PR, and managing complex systems. I worked on political campaigns, with multinational companies, developed my own PR and marketing agency, and founded educational programs and a PR school.

“From the outside, everything worked. Inside, my body began to fail.”

  1. When migraines became my everyday life

Migraines started quietly. Once a month. Then once a week. Then almost every day. There were days when I couldn't open my eyes from the pain. I cancelled meetings, missed family gatherings, hid symptoms from people who depended on me. Doctors told me everything you'd expect: "Reduce stress," "Take this," "Try that." I tried everything. Triptans. Botox. Gluten-free, histamine-free, everything-free diets. Magnesium, riboflavin, coenzyme Q10. Acupuncture. Three neurologists in three countries. MRIs. Specialist clinics. Something would work for a few weeks, then return — sometimes stronger than before. And then I realized: no one asked me why. Everyone told me what to take to make it stop.
  2. The moment I finally listened to my body

One day, after yet another lost month, I sat down and asked myself the question no one had asked me before: "What is my body trying to tell me that I've been refusing to hear for years?" Deep down I knew there were things I wasn't resolving. Stress that kept building. Emotions that had no space. Experiences I couldn't process — including physical and psychological violence. That is when my real journey began.
  3. A path of knowledge, step by step

I read everything I could find about migraine, the nervous system, trauma, and the body–emotion connection. Literally everything — books, courses, existing techniques that bridge emotions and the body. I attended trainings, got certified, and learned from the best in the field. And I tested it all on myself along the way.

How InsideOut Method™ was created

InsideOut Method™ was not created in a single moment. It took shape over years — through my personal experience, more than two decades of living with migraines, through education in psychosomatics, neuroscience, nervous system work, mindfulness approaches, and everyday work with people. Along the way I tried many methods. Some brought short-term relief. Others brought no change. Each of them gave one piece of the puzzle. Over time I realized that lasting change does not come from treating only the symptom, but from understanding why the organism had to create it in the first place. From that understanding, InsideOut Method™ was created — a system that connects nervous system regulation, understanding of behavior and emotion patterns, working on the root cause, and the gradual implementation of new ways of functioning in everyday life.

Today, InsideOut Method™ is not a single program or a single technique. It is a methodology applied through:

InsideOut Program

a structured process of personal transformation

InsideOut Educations

for those who want a deeper understanding of psychosomatics and working with people

Individual 1:1 work

tailored to each person's unique story

Application in a business setting

through work with leaders, teams, and organizations.

What began as a search for the answer to the question "Why does the body speak when we stay silent?" has today grown into a method that helps people understand themselves, their organism, and change the way they live.

15+

years of experience working with people and behavior patterns

200+

hours of professional work through programs and individual work

10+

countries with clients

80+

people from the region through InsideOut Method™

Results that confirmed everything

When I began sharing the method with others, something happened that surprised and confirmed everything: It worked for them too. Women who had lived with migraines for 20 years. People with chronic anxiety. Clients with insomnia, digestive issues, unexplained pain. One by one, the body began to regulate. To date, more than 80+ people from the region have gone through InsideOut Method™. I don't do this because I read a book and decided to become a coach. I do this because I know what it's like to lose yourself in your own body — and I know the way back. My mission is simple: to help you understand your symptoms before you lose as many years as I did searching for answers in the wrong places.

Your body is not your enemy — it is the last voice that never gave up on you.

My mission is simple: to help you understand your symptoms before you lose as many years as I did searching for answers in the wrong places.
